Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, for best results, take 1 serving upon awakening in the morning in place of coffe. Maximum 2 servings per day. Simply add 4 tablespoonfuls to 8 fl oz of cold water. Stir and serve. It may also be mixed for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice.
Please Note: This product contains naturally occurring caffeine (approximately the same amount as found in a strongly brewed cup of coffee) and should not be taken by those wishing to eliminate caffeine from their diet. This product should not be used by those people with high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnant/lactating women and children.
Warnings:
Diabetics may use only under a physician's supervision because this product contains chromium picolinate which may enhance insulin sensitivity.
