SECURITY POLICY
Nutritional World, Inc. uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your personal information. We do not hold any credit card information in our database for added protection. Before ariving at the Checkout page, you will be asked to access your existing account or create a new one. Existing accounts are prompted for their Login ID (your email address) and password. This password is for your protection and should not be shared with anyone. If you don't have your password, there is an option that reads "Please Email Me My Password" Check this option, enter your Login ID (your email address) and your password will be emailed to you. Customers not wishing to open an account with us need not do so and can just proceed straight to ordering.

PRIVACY POLICY
Personal Information: When you order from Nutritional World, Inc., we need your name, email address, shipping address and credit card number/expiration date. We use this data to process your order, ship it and send you confirmations via email. We also collect information on your Nutritional Supplement preferences as well as past purchases. We will not sell, rent, or disclose this data to any third party without your consent. (However, we will cooperate fully with authorities should a situation arise where we are required by law or requested by a law enforcement agency to provide information about a customer.)
Use of Your Personal Information: We use your personal information to respond to and fulfill your requests for Nutritional World, Inc. orders, in addition to:
- sending you our email newsletters and special offers of interest to you;
- contacting you about the status of your order;
Using Cookies: "Cookies" are files stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser. These cookies help us identify our account holders and optimize their shopping experience. They do not include any data that will identify you personally. Cookies allow us to hold selections in your shopping cart when you leave our site without checking out. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but we allow you to disable them if you wish and still be able to purchase from our site.

PLACING AN ORDER
Online Orders: When you are shopping here at www.nutritionalworld.com and add an item to your cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop within our site, the same way you use a Shopping cart in a retail store. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased, removed.
Note: ALL INTERNET ORDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER. (i.e. THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD)
Note: ALL INTERNET ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER OR THE CARDHOLDERS COMMERCIAL ADDRESS.
Options in the Shopping Cart include:
- Review your order. This verifies the accuracy of items in your Shopping Cart and the quantity selected.
- Update the quantity. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update Cart."
- Remove an item from your Shopping Cart. To remove an item, click on "Remove from Cart," or change the quantity to zero and click "Update Cart."
- Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on www.nutritionalworld.com, you can use the Shopping Cart to store items you wish to purchase. Click on "Return to Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping Cart by clicking on "Shopping Cart."
- Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout." Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirming your purchase along with an order number and an order “tracking” number.
Phone Orders: Nutritional World, Inc. allows it’s customers to place orders by phone by calling 1-708-768-1609. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm EST. See our contact us page for further description. This number is only to be used for placing orders. Please be advised that our customer service representatives may not be qualified to answer product specific questions and will not give health related advice. If you have a question that pertains to a specific product, please submit your question via email HERE and we will respond accordingly. We usually get back to you within 24hrs. in response to your question and often times even sooner!
Fax Orders: Nutritional World, Inc. allows it’s customers to place orders via fax by printing this

and faxing to the number below. Please make sure to include the item number, item description, quantity, price, billing/shipping information, credit card number/expiry date, phone number and email address. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Cards: Nutritional World, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for it’s online orders. It is critical that you Double Check to make sure that the name and address you enter is correct. If the name and address does not match the name and address your credit card company verifies you are listed under, the order will be delayed and/ or canceled. Please note that Nutritional World, Inc. will prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent.
Money Orders: Nutritional World, Inc. accepts Money Orders but a few rules apply. The money order must be in U.S. funds and please make sure your name and invoice number are clearly marked on the money order. We will ship the products as soon as we receive the money order and it is cleared by the bank. We do not ship orders until we receive “cleared” payment. Paper Checks - We do not ship orders until we receive “cleared” payment.
- The check must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
- A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
- No "starter" checks will be accepted. Your name must be pre-printed on the check.
- Your physical address and telephone number must also be pre-printed or hand written onto the check. No P.O. Box addresses accepted.
- Please make sure your invoice number is on the check if you submitted the order online and make the check out to: Nutritional World, Inc.

SHIPPING INFORMATION/TERMS
East Coast Shipping
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm are shipped within 1 business day. Shipping will mainly be via UPS Ground Service and in some cases USPS. Upon completion of your order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can choose. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping will be displayed and summed together.
Note: If you are shipping to a P.O. box or a military address, your order will have to be sent by U.S.P.S..
Military Orders: All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. USPS delivery to the various military addresses can take anywhere from one to eight weeks. Unfortunatly, we have no control over this. Tracking a military order is not available because USPS has no process in place. Please note that any damaged package or claim must be reported to Nutritional World, Inc. within 24 hours of receipt of the order. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.
Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct. If the name and address you enter does not match the name and address that the credit card company has for that credit card account, the order will be canceled. This is a strict policy enforced by our Merchant Account provider. If your billing address is a P.O. box then we can ship your order to your home address or your work address but we will require a signature when the package is delivered. Also, any order that has an invalid email address will not be shipped so please be sure you enter your valid email address.
Nutritional World, Inc. passes on a $10.00 "processing" fee for shipments that are re-routed after leaving our warehouse due to incorrect information entered by the customer. Our shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered so please double check yourself! If you provide us an incorrect or missing apartment number, zip code, street number, etc., you will be charged the $10.00 "processing" fee that we (Nutritional World, Inc.) will be charged by the shipping company.
UPS does not deliver on weekends or Holidays. Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
Nutritional World, Inc. does not ship any International orders.
Nutritional World, Inc. does not ship any orders to Hawaii or Alaska.

RETURN POLICY
Customers must
contact Nutritional World, Inc. for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in the unopened original package and be in perfect condition in order to receive credit. If you send an item back, please insure your package. We do not allow nutrition bars to be returned for credit. Also, because certain items are susceptible to the elements of nature such as nutritional bars and drinks, please make sure you or someone trusted is available to receive your shipment. Packages left in the hot sun or rain may damage your product and would not be returnable to Nutritional World, Inc., even for an exchange. A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged to all returns. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason.

Because of our “Double-Check” packing system, we have a minimum amount of errors. In the unlikely event that we shipped you an item(s) other than what you ordered,
DO NOT open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning it for the correct item.
